All our earrings have hooks made of 925 sterling silver, which means they're 92.5% silver and 7.5% other materials. This is the most common silver combination because pure silver alone would be too soft—the other materials help keep it stable. While our community reports no reactions to our earrings, we can't guarantee they're suitable for those with hypersensitive skin.

Yes! We recently started selling in stores again. Currently, our earrings are available in selected stores across Scandinavia, and we have our own Studio in Malmö. Sometimes an incorrect email address is typed in, usually when paying with ApplePay. Send us an email with your name, when your order and what you order for us to find your order nr.

No worries, if your order hasn’t been shipped we can still fix it. Contact us and we will take if from there.

We are working on a manual on how to properly take care of your earrings. But here is a quick version.

Clean the silver hook - use silver cleaning products (we love using cleaning wipes)..

Clean the vinyl - for fresh stains, a damp SOFT cloth usually does the trick. Gently wipe, careful not to press too hard as this can damage the vinyl. We're currently testing Pure Effects products for tougher stains. Stay tuned for more

While we previously offered a POW bag for storing earrings, we're currently working on developing new storage solutions that will be available soon. For now, we recommend keeping your POWs in their original packaging for the best protection.

Storage tips:

- Keep them in their original box to protect from dust and particles

- Store away from other metal jewelry, as this can cause the silver hooks to tarnish faster (though they can be cleaned)

- Avoid leaving them in open spaces where they might collect dust

It depends on the damage, but usually yes. Send us an email with pictures and a description of the damage and we will take it from there-
