Shipping & Returns

We pack your orders twice a week, usually on Mondays and Wednesdays. On special drops, we pack more often, if you are unsure about when you will receive your order, send us an email.

Packing POWs

The POW earrings come delivered in a customized POW-folder. Our Rehoop earrings are packed in a small storage bag. Each order is sent in a cardboard box that can be recycled as cardboard.

Shipping Domestic - Sweden

The shipping time is expected to take between 2-5 working days within Sweden. Your order will be sent via Postnord. The delivery times specified by POW Studio are only informative guidelines, not binding.  POW Studio is not responsible for the actions of the shipping companies we use.


Unclaimed Deliveries


Most deliveries will be held at your local postal agent/office for 14 days. You will find information on your delivery note about how long your item will be kept before returned to sender. If your package isn’t picked up at your delivery point on time, it will be returned to us. For every delivery that hasn’t been redeemed, we reserve the right to charge you for the costs of the return shipping cost and the handling fees. At present, this cost equals approximately 100 SEK.


Shipping International

We ship to Europe and the US. The shipping time to other countries than Sweden is expected to take between 3-10 working days, depending on your country. The delivery times specified by POW Studio are only informative guidelines, not binding. POW Studio is not responsible for the actions of the shipping companies we use.

Returns

Your right to return new, unworn, and unused products is valid for 14 days from the day you receive them. During the holidays we have extended return until 8th January.

What you need to do:

To make a return, please email info@powstudio.se with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will then send you a return shipping label for you to print.

A shipping fee applies to all return labels. For fairness, we allow up to 5 returns per year with only the shipping fee. After the fifth return, we add a small administrative fee of 90 SEK per return to maintain our service quality.

You are obliged to keep the product in its pristine and existing condition. Used products will not be accepted as a valid return. When you do return your items, make sure to send them back to us in their original packaging. However, if you have ordered multiple items and want to keep some of them, you have the right to keep the original packaging.


We don’t recommend it, BUT:

If you want to make the return by yourself, please send us an email first. Then make sure that your return arrives safely to us, we would advise our Swedish customers to send their return as a ‘rekommenderat brev’. Our international customers would be advised to send their return as a ‘recorded letter’. Returns are made at your own expense, and you are responsible for ensuring the items reach our studio safely. We cannot approve returns that are lost during shipping. The refund will only be processed when the items have arrived and have been checked.

Need a different pair? We'll cover the return shipping for your first exchange. After that, a shipping fee applies. Just email info@powstudio.se with your order number and the pair you'd like instead.

Guarantees

If there is visible damage to the product when it first arrives, the product can be exchanged for a new one. In this case, e-mail info@powstudio.com with an attached photo, and please give us as much information as possible about the faulty item.
