Shipping & Returns

We pack your orders twice a week, usually on Mondays and Wednesdays. On special drops, we pack more often, if you are unsure about when you will receive your order, send us an email.

Shipping Domestic

The shipping time is expected to take between 2-5 working days within Sweden. Your order will be sent via Postnord. The delivery times specified by POW Studio are only informative guidelines, not binding.  POW Studio is not responsible for the actions of the shipping companies we use.


Unclaimed Deliveries


Most deliveries will be held at your local postal agent/office for 14 days. You will find information on your delivery note about how long your item will be kept before returned to sender. If your package isn’t picked up at your delivery point on time, it will be returned to us. For every delivery that hasn’t been redeemed, we reserve the right to charge you for the costs of the return shipping cost and the handling fees. At present, this cost equals approximately 100 SEK.


Shipping International

Returns

Your right to return new, unworn, and unused products is valid for 14 days from the day you receive them.

What you need to do:

If you wish to make a return, please send an email to info@powstudio.se and let us know which order you wish to return.


Returns are made at your own expense and you are personally responsible for the items reaching our studio. Returns that have been lost in transit won’t be approved. Therefore, we recommend to email us and we can arrange a return slip.

You are obliged to keep the product in its pristine and existing condition. Used products will not be accepted as a valid return. When you do return your items, make sure to send them back to us in their original packaging. However, if you have ordered multiple items and want to keep some of them, you have the right to keep the original packaging.


We don’t recommend it BUT:

If you want to make the return by yourself, please send us an email first. Then make sure that your return arrives safely to us, we would advise our Swedish customers to send their return as a ‘rekommenderat brev’. Our international customers would be advised to send their return as a ‘recorded letter’. The refund will only be processed when the items have arrived and have been checked.

Want to exchange your POWs for another pair:

If you wish to make an exchange rather than a refund, POW Studio will pay for the product shipment back to you.
Send us an email to info@powstudio.se with your shipping order and what pair you wish to exchange.

Guarantees

If there is visible damage to the product when it first arrives, the product can be exchanged for a new one. In this case, e-mail info@powstudio.com with an attached photo, and please give us as much information as possible about the faulty item.
