Prices & Payments
The price for each item on our website includes VAT. At checkout, you can see the total price including all fees: VAT, shipping, and payment. We offer our customers to use card payment via Stripe (Visa and Mastercard) and PayPal.
For orders with a delivery address outside Sweden, any potential customs costs and taxes are to be paid by the customer. For orders with a delivery address outside the EU, you won’t be charged Swedish VAT.
Force Majeure
POW Studio is not responsible for any problems causes by phenomena beyond our control -which directly or indirectly prevent, hinder or make production or shipping uneconomical- until such causes have been sorted (force majeure). Such causes include difficulties in purchasing raw materials as well as other difficulties and disruptions, such as war, riots, strikes, fires, storms, accidents, lack of fuel or energy, lack of transport, disruptions to transport by sea, and disruptions to our equipment and our premises, which are necessary to meet the requirements of our agreement.
Privacy Policy
When you place your order with us, you provide us with your personal information so that POW Studio can deliver the purchased products to you. Your personal data is only used for the purpose of us being able to complete the purchase agreement with you. POW Studio reserves the right to change all information without prior notice. We also reserve any typographical errors made on the website. POW Studio can’t guarantee that all images accurately reflect the true appearance of the products, and we reserve the right to adjust prices and price errors.
